Our Basic Membership is a great way to access the foundational services with EAPworks.  Once the programme is set up, managers can refer any staff through to our referral team via email to referrals@eapworks.co.nz, through our online portal, or by phoning our 0800 735 343 number.  You can make use of the option of including individual employee self-referral as part of the basic membership.
 
Once a referral has been made, the staff member can contact us at a time that suits them and our team will make arrangements with them to access the support that they need.
